What’s Happening at Calvary

In Revelation 2:1–7, Jesus rebukes the church in Ephesus for having “abandoned” their first love. He calls them to remember, repent, and return to “the works they did at first.” Many interpret this abandoned love as their devotion to Jesus and their love for others.

As Replant Strategist David Jackson writes "Jesus is not suggesting we go back to the good old days or revive old traditions. He’s talking about the founding vision He gave all churches: to supremely love God, to sacrificially love each other, and to generously love the world by sharing the good news of Jesus and helping new disciples follow Him."

Church family—let’s make room for renewal. Beginning March 1, we’re stepping into "Falling in Love with Jesus (Again)", a series designed to help us return to our first love (Rev. 2:4–5). Commit to being here—each week, bring an open heart, invite a friend, and let Jesus rekindle what’s possibly grown quiet.

Save the dates:

Sunday, March 1- 50 Day Devotional will be handed out to the church.

Sunday, March 8-Eight week Preaching series begins during the 11:00am worship service

Wednesday, March 25, April 1, April 8, and April 15 at 6:00pm-Falling In Love with Jesus (Again) Workshops (Attendees can register for a catered meal)

Planning to visit?

We’d love to have you join us at Sunday’s 11:00AM worship service.

Here’s what you’ll find:

  • Friendly people. Whoever you are, you will be welcomed! One of our pastors would love to meet you. Please let us know what we can do to care for you while you’re here.

  • A relaxed atmosphere. Some folks like to dress up for church and others who don’t. Wear what’s comfortable for you, and you’ll fit right in.

  • Passionate worshipers. Our services include expository preaching from the Bible, songs both old and new, and prayer.

Bringing kids?
We love kids and yours will be welcomed here!  We have specialized learning environments for kids before and during the worship hour. However, if you desire to worship as a family, we encourage you to do so!

Where to Park and Enter the Building:
As you get close to the Calvary Greenville campus, you will likely find people exiting the building. But don’t worry, you did not make a mistake by arriving too late for the worship service.

Because God blessed Calvary Greenville with such a beautiful campus, we aim to use it for His glory by doing our part to grow His Kingdom. Therefore, Outreach Church has met at Calvary’s campus since 2021 while they construct a new campus for themselves. Their gathering time is before Calvary’s and that is who you’ll see leaving as you arrive.

To find where to park and enter the building, simply look for the yellow flags and signs (like the ones pictured above) and turn-in. Next watch for the "Guest Parking" signs on the right and park in one of those designated spots. Finally, follow the signs to the Calvary Welcome Center where you’ll find friendly faces waiting to greet and assist you.
